I have started going through the Real-World Programming for OS/2 2.1 and
I have already stumbled. The return from the hWndFrame =
WinCreateStdWindow function is 0. (I left out all the parameters just for
this message, of course). I am running an example program (.c) from the
book, within Borlands IDE (ver. 1.0). I also tested the IDE environment by
using a Borlands example (.cpp), which is fairly similar in function; that
is, it just creates a window with some text in it: this example works fine.

My question is, in this environment, how do I track down the problem?
