I don't understand it either, as it shouldn't happen. And what I don't 
understand it at all is no one of the dedicated Serenity testers haven't 
reported this problem, whereas there were already complaints from minute 
one  regular users.

And I could even add: what I absolutely don't understand is it happens 
especially with brand new IBM hardware.
