 Socialist leaning Goverments seem to look after the Consumer more then
the Full Capitilist type.
 But of course the Down Side is the very oppressive TAXES. There is NO
free ride. "You" pay one way or another. :-)
 I suspect you are laughing as you listen the "Amercians" complain about
Gasoline approaching $2.50 per US Gallon.  :-)  :-)
