More amazing-but-true stories.... Today a colleague was telling me about
what his son is doing in a university business/computer science course.

The colleague knows I have done a bit of Perl programming and he asked me
why the uni would ask the students (who have learned Java and C++) to write
a chat server & client system using Perl!

So if no one can help Geo, maybe this kid's Perl-learning project will save
the day!
