Hi Dave,

I have managed to find the archive I mentioned earlier, and have uploaded
it to Paul with this packet (but still no TIC file thing, so we'll need to
rely on his generosity when it comes to passing it on to you).

The German docs were atrocious, and even though I've made an attempt at
tidying them up, it still looks like a Richard Heppel message (and on one
of his worse days, too).  :)

As it's shareware, there are 2 restrictions (what a surprise).  The first
is that it only runs for 30 minutes per invocation, and the other is that
it is restricted to no more than 16Mb of data manipulation (that's enough
though).

It's such a good ute, that if I could understand the author's appalling
English, I'd probably end up registering it myself.
