Steve:
MS normally does not give away the Intelli-Mouse software, you have to
purchase it, however, try this: (since you have the mouse)
Give customer service a call and tell them you need to upgrade your
Intelli-Mouse software. They should ask you for the serial number from
the mouse. This "may" get you a free disk.
The original Intelli-Mouse software was buggy and MS was giving free
upgrades if you told them the serial number from your mouse. Don't know
if they're still doing it, but it's worth a try. Good luck.
