  But where's your answer? All you do is refer me to your silly screed
on SOT/EOT that is totally flawed. You now say that SOT/EOT can only
be added by the creator of the message. Okay. Why not use a Tearline?
If you are going to add SOT/EOT, you may as well add a Tearline at
the bottom and *any* kludge at the top in *any* position. A blank line
would do.

  What's your answer to that, then?
