It's called 'MAD'.  

The acronym for "Mutually Assured Destruction" is both accurate 
as well as ironic.  

Having nuclear weapons in the hands of North Korea is rather 
terrifying.  Iran getting their own will only make it all worse.  

Both counties have leaders that can't see passed their own dick.
