     Well I did read the changes.txt that came with -25 and saw that. What I 
do
find interesting is that during almost every connect with that USR the speed 
drops one step or more. This happened with -25 & -12. The only problem with 
-25 was that some point the Modems would stop talking to each other.. With 
-12 I don't have this problem. All I was saying was give it a try. I have not 
had any problems with "retrain lockup". I use what "Flash" works for Me not 
always the latest and "Greatest" one.
...Nothing is so smiple that it can't get screwed up.
