Such would be the case if there were, in fact any FUNCTIONAL differences 
between 1.25 and 1.3.  What Jonathan proposed in the above, and the somewhat 
more convoluted way I suggested earlier result in Windows thinking that it is 
running 1.30.  And since there aren't any real differences between the two 
versions, the problem application will run quite happily, from everything 
I've heard.
