Yikes!!  When do you drive a car?? :-)   I would like to use my bike a
lot more than I do, but traffic here is awful, it seems there's always
some kind of construction going on, and I dislike the exhaust fumes.  I
need to get away from here when I ride.  My husband and I drive to meet
others in the club where it's not so congested.  There was an effort at
one time to get our commuter train service to allow bikes, but it never
happened.  That would have been nice as it goes into some small towns
where biking is friendlier.
What do you use your bike for?  Do you commute or just ride and ride and
ride?? :-)  It's winter here now and there's little/no biking going on.
There isn't any snow at the moment for skiing, either, so the club gets
together and hikes in a forest preserve or on a trail.  At least it gets
us together and keeps us moving.
