   FWIW, BCOS2 1.5 placed both GUIREF20 and CPREF on the hard drive, though
it only installed one as an object in the folder.  The first is titled
"Control Program Reference" and divides the Dos... calls into
groups; the other is titled "Control Program Guide and
Reference", has a single alphabetized listing of Dos... calls, and is
about 120 KB larger.
