hmm, pickup truck, no Uncle Harry didn't have a pickup truck
. But we are talking abduction here, physical disappearance.
And honestly Roger, as much as it sounds ludicrous, it is not
impossible. Not that the amateur astronomers wouldn't have picked up
on that. Or satellite trackers etc.. I have my doubts. But if I wish
to add a little edge to this thought, you realize how many people
disappear a year in the U.S. Well over a million. Many are never
found and in some cases no trace. There were some serious texts on
this. Of course I am not saying this has a lot to do with Ufology,no
Budd Hopkins would like us to believe that thousands are abducted
etc, well, if it is a physical phenomena as in our reality, we would
certainly have found some physical proof, or a mistake would be made
etc, leaving a trace. But no such evidence has surfaced yet.
If we are to assume we are being visited, it is of course not
impossible that some of the bizarre stories have truth to them. I
cannot say for sure. There are a lot of stories. I have a hard time
with the idea of aliens coming down and singling out people, taking
them from their homes etc.. And of course there are a lot of stories.
And some from people who have no reason to fabricate or rather any
psych reason to manifest them. Either way it is not a good sign,
society wise. I guess some people wish to escape, and this is a
possible new syndrome. Or we are faced with something way beyond our
comprehension.............
Happy Trails,
Fred.
