I could not care less what is published in that echo or whatever.
 
When I started the IC-echo a few years back there was this provision in the
echorules that any person posing as IC could _never_ be its moderator.
 
Steve Quarella was put in charge as moderator with the agreement that an
IC, any IC, could never run the show.
 
If Malcolm has any pretences of being the IC then he cannot be the moderator.
