It's very cheap I think. Here in Voronezh, Russia ADSL internet access
costs about 180-200 american dollars for installation and US$ 0.06 per each
Mb of incoming traffic. SDSL and cable connection costs about US$300-400
for installation and US$ 0.06 per each Mb of incoming traffic. Unlimited
traffic is not available almost anywhere in Russia. The speed depends on
physical length of the line only and variable from 144 kbps up to 8Mbps.
Static ip address is usually included, and it also can be used as server.
Is it used at home or for business - it does not mean. Prices and services
are the same.
