I surely can.  The toll free number for VOCAL chapters information is:

You will be talking to Donna Smith.  If there is a chapter in your 
area, Donna will is sure to know about it.  
In addition to the chapters, there is also a FMS echo on FidoNet, and a
VOCAL echo on FidoNet.  I have been waiting to see some information 
come through on the FMS echo, but so far nothing.  We've had trouble 
with mail processing and uplinks, so that is probably why.  The VOCAL 
echo was just added to the FidoNet backbone on May 14th, so it is 
still VERY new.
