       School and my job has completely sucked any free time that I had 
available to me before away from me. Barely have enough time to play guitar, 
anymore. I've been keeping my #1 Strat upstairs in my room and playing 
through Marshall MS-2C for the past three weeks. :)
       Anyhow, GAS hit me. :) I'm going to soon be the proud owner of a 
Mexican made Fender Telecaster Special. :) This has got to be one of the 
sweetest sounding and playing guitars I've ever found! It has a neck almost 
like my #1's (and will probably be more like it once I get it broken in) and 
it doesn't have the infamous icepick in ears tone. :) It's sweet, with, of 
course, the famous Tele twang, but it seems to be a bit hotter than most 
Teles and no where near as brittle sounding as everything else I've played, 
including everything from Squiers to AmStds to Custom Shop jobs. The 'bucker 
in the neck is perfect for playing Keith Richards style (one too many strings 
to do it perfectly, though), and can be split, so I can get some classic neck 
tones.
       So, what have I been missing for all this time?
