So I found out. I read that stuff cannot be loaded high from a dosbox. This
is because there's no upper mem left after vmm32 has grabbed it all. Although
I thought there would be an easy way to reserve some so that each dosbox
could have the rqd amount of conventional, upper, xms, ems, memory
configured. But alas it seems there is not.
