In machines with only one drive, that's not possible. I clone the same
small primary maintenance non-LVM-enabled partition to cylinder 0 of all
hard drives I install in OS/2 machines. That way I can do maintenance
quickly and easily from C: regardless how many drives at any given
moment or how cabled or how BIOS is set.
