Dunno what an A7V133 is, but I can guess Athlon CPU with VIA KT133 or KT133A chipset, brand unknown, maybe PC Chips junkola. If you'd asked a better question you might have gotten a better answer. Are you contemplating purchase? Did you try and fail? If the latter, did you try disabling USB IRQ's in the BIOS? VIA chipsets seem to be a poor choice, and not just for OS/2. VIA makes 4in1 drivers only for windoze.
