PMFJI: Win32s V1.25 problem

 I'm using warp3 Blue Spine (with WinOs2) and have tried to install
 Win32s V1.25. As I start the installation I get a message "unable
 to load KRNL386.exe". When I shut down all windows and try loading
 KRNL386.exe I get a message "not enough memory - turn off other
 applications." My system is 486 AMD 100, AMI Bios, 32m memory, 1.2G
 Hd. No other applications running. Would you have any suggestions
 as to what I am doing wrong - the ver 1.25 unzipped correctly -
 that is it created disk1 and disk2 and trys to install.
