Aha, it's a general term. I thought it was the name of some specific
distribution network. Of course I know about how file distribution works in
fidonet. I'm connected to several file areas... But I don't know about a
specific area where I could post fmail releases...

It was annouced here, with a pointer to where to download it. My assumption
is that most/all FMail users are connected to this area...
