I don't recall ever reading a non English Snooze, but that doesn't mean
none have been published.   I can understand why general articles or
information shouold be in English, as that's the official language, but
(barring codepage problems) I see no reason why and are can't be set
aside in each issue for a translation of upcomping proposals and info.

All measures at hands should be used to get these out to everyone.  :)
