subject: nodelist lookup from command line

Hi! Richard,

On Sat, 13 Oct 07, you wrote to me:

Well, I've enjoyed a week's sojourn of not doing anything in particular and
not having any great interest in doing anything either. This afternoon I
toyed a bit with the thing I had worked on, NLSS.Bat ver 1.00.01, and
actually ran it for the first time (I usually run in linux, and don't have
a Windows or DOS emulator installed).

Yerk! It's time to toss out the prevous pseudocode and go back to the
'drawing board'. After 10 minutes I discovered that my using a temporary
'zone' file idea just won't work, as some smarties have file-redirection
symbols in their nodelistings (i.e., '' characters).

I'll start work on NLSS.Bat ver 1.01.01 probably Tuesday. (I'm still up to
my armpits reconstituting my eldest daughter's XP machine after a major XP
hiccup last Wednesday.)

Cheers,
Paul.
