Good point, although that wasn't what I was trying to get a clarification about.
Zone2? I wasn't there, you'd need to ask some really old goats to get that
answer but i'd assume that in those days, with ultra-restricted and very
expensive long-distance calls at 300 Baud with 1200 baud being a fast-one,
it _was_ technical.
