The next meeting of the Chicago Area Radio Monitoring Association
(CARMA) will be on Saturday, April 5th, 1997, at Phillies Pizza
Restaurant and Bar, (S/W corner) Il. Rt 83 / 63rd Street, Willowbrook.
Lunch begins at 11:30 am (Pizza, Beef sandwiches, hamburgers, fries,
etc.). Everyone must order something to eat because we get the meeting
room for free. The meeting starts at 1:00 pm, and round-table discussion
of many subjects takes place after that. It has been said by many
sources "that more info can be obtained at a CARMA meeting than from
any reference source."  If you have anything for sale, please bring it
with to "peddle." If you want to bring hand-out material, please make
sufficient copies (60+), including, but not limited to frequency lists,
etc.
Also of note: The CARMA Newsletter, which had been available only via
subscription form thru the U.S. Mail will now be available via email
through the Internet. (And on the CARMA BBS).  There will be NO CHARGE
in the future for the electronic version of the CARMA Newsletter, so
stay tuned for more details, or call the BBS for further.
