I'm sorry, I didn't answer this.  Yes.  It is a full Win98SE GUI system
running in 1024x768x24bit SVGA, in a VirtualBox... since 2012.  Before
that, it had been running on some form of actual hardware since 2004
(various 486/Pentium junk or hand-me-down, or, mail-order hardware builds).
 There is a slim chance that one of its previous incarnations might have
run FMail 1.22, briefly.  :)
