Windoze doesn't support that as far as I know.

What she would need would be a dedicated "speech" device. They exist,
and, in fact, when I hit ebay to get a braille "printer" for myself so
I could Braille stuff to give her, I got lucky and got oopne that has
such built-in. I need to figure out how to drive it directrly, rather
than thru the *expensive* reader programs.
