Have you ever seen the rusian keyboards? We have 33 letters, not only that
it gives realy odd keyboard configs: ?'[{]}`~{at}#$^&* are simply
untypeable when you are in russian mode and "/:,.;?%() are in
nonstandart locations (shift+number). Moreover because CP866 (the standart
codepage for russian that was used under dos) is based on CP437 which had
place for only 32 local letters, the YO letter was simply thrown out, then
later placed in some nonstandart place. And later on this carried into
CP1251. Who can i blame for that? ;)

AFAIK there is no key combo for the context menu key.
