The latest beta (OS/2 Performance Beta II, Version 2.99), also known as
Warp II, includes Win32s support.

IBM has claimed they will support Win32c (?) which I understand is the
full Chicago API (I could be wrong) when and *if* they determine there
is adequate demand for it (i.e. from OS/2 users or prospective users).
