A wise move, diesel fuel having high energy efficiency and the engines being
so darned reliable.
Of course if exotic aircraft are not too far off topic, there have been real
man carrying vehicles propelled by solar panels, bicycle pedals and even
team
engines but none of these became "commercial". Like with HOMEPOWER, the
lower
you go the further you get and the idea of modern ocean freighters driven by
sail can have its parallel in aircraft [slow] having substantial gliding
ability and a minimum of engine power. All this rushing about is very bad
ews
for the non -renewable energy resources that HOMEPOWER supporters would
refer
to be conserved.
