subject: DSL & ISDN Availability

Hello Tom,

I can see our central office from my back door. (There's a little old lady
in there plugging in patch leads when we make calls. ;-) As I understand
it the telco isn't willing to invest in the software needed to support
ISDN. Perhaps they would have to upgrade some hardware too. I imagine DSL
would require different line cards and presumably some kind of router and a
fat pipe to the outside world.
