  Try to find Peter Fitzsimmon's BigBro.. Its floating around on many fine
OS/2 BBS's and it comes with source code. That would be a good start at
what you are trying to do..

  Look into opening the keyboard with DosOpen(..) using "KBD$" as
the filename, then look up DosDevIOCtl() for the keyboard services. The
information should be there.
