You would be quite welcome to it.   What you do with it in the privacy of 
your own home is not my business.      If Ben has a light coloured fur, 
the black collar and the studs would stand out nicely.  It sort of got "lost" 
on Monster's basic blackness.

I plead total ignorance now.    Harness, halter - don't know the difference.  
 But yes, I would like to get the kind of gizmo that would be designed for 
pulling work.
I suppose a halter is much shorter and just fits around the chest area?  
Whereas a harness is "longer"  ?
