I deeply appreciate your efforts... we were hit by a massive windstorm and
75% of Louisville, KY is without electricity.  We sent all of our emergency
crews to Texas and Louisiana to help... and now we are awaiting their return.

I just had service restored due to the fact I am on Oxygen while
sleeping... otherwise I would be waiting 7-14 days like everyone else who
is not high priority.
