You have hit the nail right on the head Charles. My experiences as of late
in the city where I live are living proof that this city is an embarrassment
to the state. I reside in Manchester, NH and on the whole NH is an excellent
state to live in, but Manchester is an absolute joke. The only nice thing
I have to say is for the police, the other city depts could take lessons
from them in dealing with the public. And some of the ordinances are a 
little overbearing to say the least.
