If all ports really are USB 2.0

A. You only need  "BASEDEV=USBEHCD" once.

B. All other "BASEDEV=USBUHCD.sys" are superfluous.

C. As the IBM mouse driver only understands USB 1.1, some of your USB 
slots need te be 1.1 compatible, otherwise the mouse simply won't work 
in USB mode.
