Of course that goes without saying. if the line didn't support it it would
have shifted up:)) though it shifts up because the line conditions have
improved. Retraining works on the line quality ONLY.

Again you said.. if you get a 33600 connect this doesn't meen to say you
connect speed is going to stay at that connection speed. RETRAIN makes that
choice.  %E0 will turn off retraining though you may get (sometimes worse
connections.
