Don't know.  The only thing I have noticed so far since going from FP1 to FP3 
is that IBM got around to fix the DOS timeslice problem.  My load is now 
almost zero compared with almost 100% before, when running dosprograms like 
this GoldEd.
Except that, things look the same :-)  That fix alone warranted my upgrade, 
though.
