May I assume that you'll vote FOR change, providing it is reasonable

I'd bet a Canadian Dollar to a doughnut that those sysops would rather
consider /parts/ of P4 wprth keeping. I doubt anyone thinks the whole
thing completely worthless (other than a select few anarchists I know).

I can suggest several reasons why it HASN'T been done.  We haven't seen
this current (and quite different, BTW) effort fail (yet), do ISN'T has
yet to be proved.
