Ok so we concentrate on WS1. did you do this after changing all these
network devices? I'm assuming this WS1 machine can talk to your other
internal machines, correct?
Assuming the hardware is all functional try the following
ping 216.144.8.1
telnet 216.144.3.10 25
see if you get a response from either of those, if not then it doesn't look
like the machine can talk to the internet using tcp at all.
Did you try blowing away the entire tcp/ip network configuration on this
machine, deleteing the registry entries I suggested, then reinstalling
tcp/ip?
