Same here. But not everywhere, in Russia for example getting DSL is
imposible unless you live one of the really big cities. Even in Moscow
there are still areas where you can't even get a 33600 baud connection thru
your telephone line (because if really old PSTN switches). Think also about
your average third world country ...
