I see shareware/freeware packages called "Easy Word" (on simtel)
and "Easy Edit" in my files,  dunno what the filnames in the contents
are.

Many of those old programs did unusual things that rang the bells of virus
detectors - I had one that would attempt to open command.com with
read/write access if you did "shell to dos"  :)
