I have always defended my point from the hypothetical position of it being

That too is my understanding. In a US court I would have no leg to stand on.

I will accept that Dutch law can and should not be enforced in the USA when
they accept that US law can and should not be enforced in other countries.

According to Swedish law, and by Swedish interprertation of Swedissh law,
Bj”rn has done nothing wrong.

So if they drop the crusade against Bj”rn, I will drop my copyright claim.
