Hello Ward. 15 Jun 06 06:41, you wrote to Janis Kracht: WD> The way I understand it with my gained knowledge from Dutch law is WD> that Michiel is right as long as the matter is played-out on Dutch WD> soil, I have always defended my point from the hypothetical position of it being fought out in a Dutch court. In a US court I would have no leg to stand on. WD> I can live with that too, no big deal. I too can live with that. Provided the favour is returned! I will accept that Dutch law can and should not be enforced in the USA when they accept that US law can and should not be enforced in other countries. According to Swedish law, and by Swedish interprertation of Swedissh law, Bj”rn has done nothing wrong. So if they drop the crusade against Bj”rn, I will drop my copyright claim. WD> US law does not apply here, and the law from around here does not WD> apply in the US. No big deal, I can live with that as well. apparently some of our friends over there can not accept that.
