Hope I can help. If your script runs 10% of the time then your paths 
and directories wpould seem to be correct. 
Is the 10% that it works, only 10% of the logons to one BBS you call? 
Or is it 10% of all the BBS's that you call? 
Have you included the script name in the dial directory for each 
number you call. Scripts need to be tailored for each and every 
BBS to accomodate the correct _DELAY_ and _WAITFOR_ requirements 
for that particular BBS. 
When your script runs, does it run completely or does it bomb out 
part way through. 
It can be a slow and labourious process (even with the help of Alt N 
learn script mode), but it is well worth the effort in the end.
