I have no idea how this highly invasive piece of crap got on my computer but it
has infiltrated most pages with unwanted Ads as I surf the Internet.

Is there a proprietary anti virus/antimalware or anti anything that will find
this on my computer then "simply" remove it? It does not show up on my Windows
Defender Full Scans or on my MalwareBytes scans.

I have seen the suggested 10 step removal guides but I'm hoping an AV-type
program will be able to find it and help me purge it.

Any help appreciated.
