 What Jane has been saying is not only not useful to the regulars here
 the manner in which she presented it was outrageously insulting.  Few
 here are impressed with her nursing background that she hopes will
 give her some aura of authority.
 Some of us, me included, jumped on her with both feet.  Incorrect
 information has to be countered with facts, nice just doesn't work
 with her.
