That bj has copyrighted material for download is now a sideline 
for this discussion.  And, it has been for some time.  You have 
been too stupid to notice that.  

The point of the matter is that you are threatening every sysop 
in FIDO with legal action.   Did you conspire with bj to make 
it happen?  

It doesn't matter.  The precedents are against you.
