      Title: Reisman's Triple Chocolate Brownies

  preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8 inch square cake pan with
  vegetable spray in a bowl, beat together
      1/2    cup granulated sugar
      1/3    cup margarine or butter beat in 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla mix
  well In another bowl, combine
      1/2    cup all-purpose flour,
      1/3    cup cocoa 1 tsp. baking powder stir into sugar and
  margarine/butter mixture until just blended stir in
      1/4    cup 2% milk
      1/4    cup chocolate chips
  
  pour into prepared pan and bake approximately  18 minutes or until
  edges start to pull away from pan and center is still a little wet.
  Let cool slightly before glazing. In small bowl, whisk together 1/4
  cup icing sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa and 1 tbsp. milk pour over
  brownies in pan.
