Actually I was asked to investigate a problem with a NetComm Roadster 288
(nee, "Automodem") today .. what a heap of shit, and I couldn't
bring myself to tell the guy. Nowhere near as good as the SmartModem
series (clearly standard Rockwell crap, too). Like Banksia, some NetComms
are okay and some are crap; some perform better under certain conditions
and others don't .. that's telecommunications via the PSTN fer ya.

Absolutely! I can't recall anyone I know getting the WorldBlazer, but one
or two sysops I knew at the time got the TrailBlazer V.32 (I connected to
it with my M5, back then, and subsequently with my M7F).
